Our reports allow you to navigate to any section, open photos or videos, and enable you to effortlessly copy report comments and build a repair list. Each report also includes a full and summary PDF, categorized by significance and cost to make it as understandable as possible for all types of clients. A simplified, modern experience that enhances YOUR experience!
We supply you with a one-stop-shop to pay, review your report, select additional services, leave reviews, get recommendations on contractors, and receive benefits from third-party vendors.

I’m Trey Deibel, the Owner and Founder of Gold Standard Inspections. Since January 2020, I’ve dedicated myself to providing top-tier home inspections, working with two reputable companies and performing over 1,200 inspections.
This extensive experience has allowed me to gather invaluable knowledge and insights, which I now bring to my own venture—Gold Standard Inspections. Founded in September 2024, Gold Standard Inspections embodies the best practices and innovative solutions from my years in the industry.
Our company is built on the belief that every client deserves the highest quality service, reflecting our motto: “Don’t Settle for Anything Less than Gold.”
Our Team
Meet Trey
Trey is the owner and founder Gold Standard Inspections, and has always enjoyed working as a home inspector.
Trey first began inspecting homes in January of 2020 and worked for two companies before starting Gold Standard Inspections. He is explorative by nature, which sparked his love for performing home inspections and finding anything – and everything– a home could be hiding. Trey is an adventurer at heart and enjoyer of the outdoors. Trey is a certified scuba diver and trained in wakeboarding, water skiing, and slalom.
When not on inspections or spending time outdoors, Trey enjoys movies, games, and music. He has a large interest in sci-fi, fantasy, and superhero movies, and the music he most enjoys is metal and rock- his favorite bands being Linkin Park, Seether, Slipknot, and Three Days Grace.
