17-Point Water Quality Field Test
Our 17-Point Field Test is a cost-effective way to check the water you use every day, whether it comes from a public supply or a private well. It evaluates 17 contaminants and characteristics that can affect water quality:
Bacteria, Total Hardness, Free Chlorine, Iron, Copper, Lead, Nitrates, Nitrites, MPS, Total Chlorine, Fluoride, Cyanuric Acid, Chlorine Dioxide, QUAT/QAC, Alkalinity, Carbonate, and pH.
If any issues are detected during the test, we provide specific recommendations and next steps to address potential water quality concerns.
Laboratory Water Panels
Certain loans, such as FHA and VA, require laboratory testing of well water to address the range of factors that can affect water from private sources. Our lab panels are performed by an accredited laboratory and include a comprehensive report detailing the results for each parameter tested, plus a second report with specific recommendations and next steps if any issues are detected.

Assesses: Total Coliform, E. coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Turbidity.
FHA/VA BasicPlus Lab Water Panel
Includes an extended range of parameters: Total Coliform, E. coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Turbidity, plus Iron, Manganese, and pH.
BasicPlus covers everything in the Basic panel plus Iron, Manganese, and pH. A good choice when you want a fuller picture of the water’s condition.
